The interview process at STORD was great. The start up, transparent, and close-knit culture was evident with every person that I interviewed with. The interview process was:
-30 minute phone introduction with Recruiter
-30 minute phone interview with Sales Team Lead
-45 minute zoom call with VP of sales
-45 minute zoom call with a Project Manager
Each call involved questions regarding my experience, the team at STORD, and how my experience would transfer to a role with STORD.
What was different (and refreshing) about the interview process at STORD was the consistent transparency around the hiring timeline, the open conversation with the leadership team about the sales strategy and future direction of the team, and the flexibility of the hiring team. I had a competing offer on the table over the holiday season, and they managed to internally align quickly and extend an offer.
