Interview
Had a phone screening one day, an interview with the hiring manager another, three more short interviews another, an interview with the founders, and a wrap-up interview again with the hiring manager. Recruiter responsiveness was great, and refreshing compared to experiences with other companies' recruiters. Questions were a mix of behavioral, conceptual, and culture fit, but none were a particular surprise.
