Interview
Interview process is unnecessarily long - 8 interviews to be exact. They have the step by step process on their website, I only made it to the second round before I withdrew and got a different job. The first round you interview with a recruiter. They go through basic questions like situations, credentials, and resume reflections. Then they give you a salary range after asking what your compensation expectations are. After, if you are selected to move forward, you go to the hiring manager - which is usually a regional sales manager. At this point they ask you a bunch of questions about your resume, experience, and the usual stuff. However, in my interview, I ended up running the show most of the time because I had a boat load of questions for the manager that I needed to get answered. After the interview with the manager, I was told that it may take 4-6 weeks before I hear back. Well, it turned out to be more like 2-3 months later. By that point I was gone.
Applied, took about 3 weeks to get any message from a recruiter. Had my first round which was a screening, then second round was two days after with the hiring manager. After that was the Gallup one week later. I heard back from the Gallup over a week later and moved onto the final round. The final round was a case study presented to a panel, you have two days to prepare for the case. Final round is usually only 2-3 candidates. Overall a pretty slow process, definitely not easy/you don’t know how to feel after the Gallup/case study because they are essentially very challenging or different from other interviews you’ve had. Everyone on the team is super willing to help you through the process if you reach out.

Question 1
If there was a billboard about you, what would it say?
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.
