Interview
Sun Life is hiring advisor for their branches and I think it is not hard for some people who already have sales experience to get the offer. This advisor position is pretty flexible that means you don't need to sit in the office all day.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sun Life (Winnipeg, MB) in Jun 2016
Interview
the interview lasts for 1 to 3 monthes including first screen, company introduction, self assessment, marketing research, pre contract and final contract. The company will evaluate your personalities, abilities, communication skills and so on. The employees are very nice and professional. There are just normal questions and take about half to one hour every time rather than trick questions.
