SurveyMonkey Customer Engagement Representative interview questions

About four phone interviews, an in-person interview, and then a test before I was hired. The test was a timed typed response to a question like if you were answering an email. You didn't have to know anything about the tool, they just wanted to see your writing style it seemed like.

There was first a 10-15 minute phone interview which was fairly straight forward and easy. It consisted of basic interview questions. For example, tell me a bit about yourself and what are your current job responsibilities. After this step, I had in-person interviews with 5 different individuals at Survey Monkey. Each interview was held one on one with 1 person at a time and took about an hour and a half in total. 3 of the 5 interviewers were very friendly but I found the other two were rather cold. Some of them asked the same question and I was told my answer was right or wrong depending on the interviewer. Each interviewer also asked a skill testing question. I felt I did well with the friendlier interviewers but did not get a good vibe from the others. I never heard back from them after these interviews.
