What was one example of when you had to deliver difficult news to someone?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Suvoda in Nov 2023
Interview
I had a phone call with the recruiter, Addie. She asked why I was interested in the position itself, as well as the clinical research space. Then, she just had me take her through my resume, most recent jobs, education, etc. She was so incredibly nice and easy to talk to. She called me back within a couple days to let me know they won't be moving forward with me but that it wasn't a 'no' to me or my background, but rather just awkward timing. By the time me and Addie had our first phone call, the job had already been closed, so I kind of figured. She was super kind about it and it was so much better than being ghosted by recruiters!! She told me they'd keep me in mind for future opportunities as well.

Question 1
Take me through your resume, why are you interested in this position/industry
Interview was over the phone and over video. The interviewers were very nice and very personable. There was also a test given which was moderately challenging since you needed to answer a lot of questions in 1 hour. Overall great experience and enjoy my time at Suvoda.
Interview process consisted of 3 meetings. First meeting was a relatively quick meeting with one of the Talent Aquisition specialists to basically go over what the next few interviews will be like. First interview (second meeting) is a single interviewer, while the second interview (third meeting) is with a panel of 2 current employees.
