One of the best experience and well planned timely execution. 3 rounds done in 2hours only. 1 HR Director and 2 technical rounds. All rounds were conducted sensibly. Hard core Java in depth questions with spring and hibernate integration and overview.

Interview
Interview Time was 11.00AM, it happened at 5.30PM. Lesser management of interview, more of a bad experience..Everyone of the interviewees got discouraged by the waiting time. The HR was saying like they will not take anymore application that day and they will arrange telephonic sessions, at 4.00PM.
