Synechron Team Leader interview questions

Overall it was bad interview process. They called me for Core JAVA profile for F2F on saturday but no panel was present . Though they din make me to wait for long time they put me on telephonic call to their employee who did not even had my resume in hand. He started asking me other than core java finally I told him that I have been interviewed for core java position then he told HR will get back to me. Advice to HR . If you are following up so much with candidate for F2F please arrange enough panel. Respect others time.
