Phone Call late the night before to ask was i free the next day for a phone interview. Felt very unprepared as such short notice would have preferred a face to face interview and a few days to research
Quick and easy competency questions which meant that I could get started pretty quickly. There is no need to prepare for the interview really. Although I’d recommend dressing smart to show you are engaged and willing to work hard
