The GM will sit you down and basically ask you all of the basics. They are very nice and will ask you about your availability and other priorities. Then they will set you up with a second interview.

In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
