Interview
So I called to ask if they were hiring, i got transferred to the hiring manager. They asked if i hade any job experience and i said yes. next thing i know he asked me to come in for a interview. its was a really quick interview. i came in with a recommendation letter and my resume. It felt comfortable the manager was really nice and made it seem like I was talking to a friend than a manager. he talked about hours , pay and how much I'll be able to work during the school year. I was asked to come in for interview number 2, two days later I came to the interview to meet with the managing partner and he talked to me for a little bit and then went to talk to the manager I spoke with the interview before. The Manager from the last interview came up to me and said "you're in, welcome to the team" we talked about orientation and I'm expecting a call from my trainer tonight or tomorrow! (:
3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Tell us about your previous experience dealing with an upset customer.
It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
