Interview was very normal. I had to go through two different interviews. The first was with one of the managers at the location and after that i had another with another manager of the store who is also that locations owner/franchisee. I could recommened to work there from a friend who also worked there. Usually you apply online but I went into an open itnerview session. I got both interviews on the same day right after eachother but that doesnt always happen.

In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
