Interview
Asked for a paper application, filled it out and got an interview right then and there. One manager interviewed and immediately after had another manager come and interview me, I was then offered a position. Had to take a long written menu test after being given a study guide. Study the smaller details such as what each dish is topped with or what is included with the main dish. Training is then pretty much a week long, every night. It is fun and can be overwhelming depending on experience, but get as hands on as early as you can.

It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.
Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.
