I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse in Aug 2015
Interview
I got a call to interview very last minute. When I went to the interview it took 5 minutes and I was told that I might get a call to come in for a second interview within the next week. The interview questions were basic. The whole waiting for a second interview (which I was never called in for) was a bit annoying. But it was my first job interview so I don't have anything to compare it to.

Interview
It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.
Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.

Interview
Good, they asked really good questions and did a good background check. They also had me meet many managers which all asked really good questions. They asked about my school and previous experience .
