Interview
Online application, followed up by the Service Manager. He called and asked me to come in and meet with him. He asked me about my previous work experience, based on my resume and application, and inquired about why I chose Texas Roadhouse to apply. He discussed the Texas Roadhouse story, and gave me a brief overview of the shifts, menu, expectations, and training process. He said he would look into my references, and then invited me back to speak with the Managing Partner before my training began.
