I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Cromwell, CT) in Feb 2024

My interview overall was great. I was interviewed at an opening store so I spoke to 2 different managers. They really hyped up the job and offered me 40+ hours under the condition that I quit my other part time job. HOWEVER, after working here for a while, everything they said to me turned out to be a complete lie. Without any prior notice, my hours were cut from 36-38 a week to 18 if I’m lucky. Absolutely do not work here if you are front of house and looking for real hours. I was lied to about multiple things in my interview. Usually this can be expected to a certain extent but this was beyond white lies to get you hired.

It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.
Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.

Good, they asked really good questions and did a good background check. They also had me meet many managers which all asked really good questions. They asked about my school and previous experience .
