Great! Fun and friendly! Seemed like a very quality of life focused company, great benefits and bonus plan as well! MP at the time had strong family values, new one did not. Strong belief on taking care of community.
Two step interview process with owner and market owner. Pretty standard. It was a respectful and fun interview. Lots of great questions asked. I wish I would’ve negotiated my salary though. The start is pretty low.

Great interview process, people are very friendly and excited to have new employees on board. Welcoming and helpful. The training process was non existent because everything is so simple and easy! Never worry about being late or inappropriate, your mere presence is enough!
