I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Chesterfield, MI) in Oct 2011
Interview
Talk with a couple of the managers and tell them about yourself. Tell them why you want to work there and why you would be a good employee. Where you go to school. Where you see yourself in the future. What days you are going to be available to work. If you know anyone who works there. All of that good stuff.
The interview process was straight forward. They asked if I had any previous work experience, what my availability is, if I was willing to work holidays, and then asked about various goals (personal, professional, work, school etc.).

The interview process was basic and quick. I was asked questions about previous work history and schooling. Nothing complicated. In the interview they asked about a time I worked with a difficult co worker.
