Interview process was not difficult. As long as you have interest in the field of individuals with developmental disabilities, have a degree, and have a legitimate driver's license you can be hired.
Interview process was simple. I was asked questions that I could easily answer. They let me ask questions and they answered thoroughly. I was interviewed by a team member and another support Coordinator.
