Toxic workplace, unrealistic expectations

Only upside is paycheck but you are overworked anyway, so it ends up being like 5 dollars an hour

Cons

I would not recommend anyone to work here. They made their Support Coordinators do so much more with very little positive feedback. Management pushes people to their limits and they overwork you hard. They don’t care about anyone’s life and they have awful policies that push employees to their breaking point. They partake in careless firing and they don’t reward anyone who works there. Please run and don’t apply because you will regret it. Making the money wasn’t even worth it because there is no work-life balance.

Pay is enough to survive and unlimited PTO is appreciated.

Cons

Violations of fair labor practices, caseloads are too high, no systems in place, lack of trust and transparency, micromanaged by leadership, supervisors are too overworked to actually supervise, health insurance is too expensive, substandard and infrequent trainings, does not provide remote work equipment (monitor, keyboard, stamps/envelopes)
