Interview
Very easy, the manager and the owner were both present.
Please note they WILL judge you on appearance. Make sure you are well groomed, are wearing business casual, and decent makeup application (makeup is a part of the dress code if you get the job).
They do an initial phone screen for about 15 minutes. It's pretty easy just get to know you questions and why you want to work there. Then they bring you in for an in-person interview for about 30 minutes. You and the owner plus the front desk manager have the interview together.

I had a phone interview that was going well and she telling me details about the job that seemed like I was going to get hired but then she wanted to see me in person and I asked if it was a in person interview she said no she just wants to give me a “tour” and “give me more details” the next day. 100 percent felt discriminated.
