The Zappos Family interview questions

Lovely manager and felt relaxed at interview I felt confident and felt I answered all the questions correctly. The interview lasted 45 minutes. The interview took place on time and in the managers office.

The interview process was very smooth and well managed. I first received a call from a recruiter who asked generic background questions and gave a brief overview of the next steps. The second interview was with the hiring manager, I was tested on some technical skills and general thought process through a case study. The excel skills test followed next. The final round was with various business partners, where I was tested on the cultural fit, problem-solving, and other technical aspects of the position. Questions were mostly technical but conversational. They focus on the candidate's fit and ability to learn/evolve.
