Worst interview I ever been to. Question that I asked wasn’t answered, interviewer strictly cut the interview off at 45mins mark when I still have question. Upon checking the interviewer was only 2month into her role, very unprofessional!

Interview
4 rounds of interviews to go through. 1st round Recruiter. All scenarios based questions. Too generic to assess any HR knowledge. More to assess interpersonal skills. The same questions can apply to any other positions. There was no intro on the actual job scope or to engage candidate into the position to apply for. Recruiter are overwhelmed with too many interviews and going through the motion of all the scenario based questions to tick off the checklist. Recruiter is not so interested in the answer but is hoping to hear the right answer from the candidate.
