The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tock in Sep 2022
Interview
An intern messaged me on LinkedIn regarding the position. I was sent a calendly link to set up time with an actual recruiter. Once I did that, I met with the recruiter who was very nice. She said the hiring manager was looking for candidates just like me. She told me the salary. It was far below market and they wanted me to commute in office for the sake of commuting. They told me I could be hybrid. In regards to salary I told her I would be more comfortable with 30k more. To my surprise, she said it was something that they could do—as they had flexibility. I would of rather them had just said they couldn’t do it. I was ghosted after and when I followed up no response. If I’m taking the time to speak with you, you need to respect my time and use communication skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tock
Interview
Recruiter call, two interviews with two sales managers, a demo call which is very unorganized. Was told it was a demo, but turned out to be a mock sales pitch. I think everyone should be fired at this company and they should get new employees with integrity. Never apply here! 5 rounds of interviews just to get rejected. Stir away from this company.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tock in Aug 2024
Interview
5 rounds which is a bit overkill for a non-leadership position. The first three rounds were basic, but should have been consolidated into one or two interviews.
I made it to the final round and then Tock pulled all AE positions. It was frustrating and a large waste of time for both myself and for Tock.

What is your daily and weekly routine in your sales process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tock (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
Very straight forward interview process. The expectations, transparency and communication from the whole team was excellent. It was 4 rounds total, starting w. your traditional intro. call, followed by a call w/ 2 sales manager, mock demo and then if you have made it to this point a call w/ the SVP of Sales. The team was quick to respond w/ updates -- this went a long way for someone actively hunting for a new role. Toughest part for me was the call w both sales managers.
