Got a call from the recruiter. Asked a BUNCH of questions about personality etc. Got invited for in house. Everyone was nice. Met with 4 people total. 2 people currently in position and the director. Felt more like a " see if they fit in" as opposed to actually finding a strong fit for the position.

Spoke in person with my would be manager. Next step was to meet with the entire team I would be working with. Finally the last step was to meet with the CEO. I felt that at each step it was extremely natural and made me feel as if they truly invested in my time spent interviewing.
