I was denied a basic phone interview with the hiring manager because of some newly minted 22 year old graduate said I was 'too descriptive' and 'long winded' while explaining my sales process. Excuse me for answering your question and for your Millennial mentality where you don't have the attention span to actually understand the sales process of a senior executive who regularly crushes targets. My advice to the CEO and senior management- I would rethink having someone so junior making decisions on candidates.

The hiring process was fluid and quick. The interview process seemed to focus on three major factors drive, fit, and ability. The first steps involved a brief conversation over the phone with the recruiter. From here I had a panel interview which consisted of members from the team. The final steps of the interview involved meeting with the manager, the VP of success, and finally CEO.

It was a really great and efficient process! I had a phone interview with the manager and she invited me to come to the office the next day to meet with her, the VP of Customer Success, as well as 4 other people from Tout. It was clear that everyone I met with was looking for certain characteristics of mine to see if I would be a good fit. Everyone was friendly, professional, and engaging.
