Townsquare Interactive Sales Representative interview questions

Initially involved recruiter who gauged my initial knowledge of the company and wanted to know why I was interested in the position. Next, set up a phone interview with recruiter where we basically just went over my resume and I was asked simple questions like what I learned from this and that experience.

3 step process, that was very casual overall. Didn't feel any of the interviewers tried to gauge anything about me or my work ethic. General feeling of disinterest from all parties through each step of the process. No follow through from the Recruiter I worked with. I feel that is interview etiquette 101 - follow up with your candidates, especially those that take time out of their day/PTO to interview with you several times. When answering the question below "Did you get an offer?" - this is an assumed No because I never heard back.
