I was asked to take a typing test and I was given hypothetical customer service questions to answer. I was shown the equipment I would be using and I briefly sat with another employee and listened to her handle calls.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transdev (South San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
After applying online I was invited in for a panel with two employees as a general screening and then I was called back a few days later to interview with the manager/director I would be reporting to if offered the job. Everyone was very nice and pleasant as it seemed like a great place to work. Unfortunately I never got a response from the employer which is fine but it would have been great to just be notified they went in another direction after coming into their office twice. Still as I said nice people and I wish everyone I met all the best.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Transdev (Oakland, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was very straightforward and very simple, no trick questions, it was like talking to a good friend. The call center manager sat me down for a one to one in the conference room and began asking me questions about my call center experience.
