Interview
First checked my internet and computer to see if I would be able to use the remote software. Asked me about my skills and background. Checked my computer skills to see if I could troubleshoot. The interviewer was very kind. After that interview she found a manager that would be available to interview me. The manager asked similar questions. It was just a matter to see if I would be compatible with her.
