There were four rounds of interviews, no test needed. The process was smooth and the interview questions were focused on previous experience, connected to the job role.
I didn’t find it difficult.

Post resume-screening test > TA interview > Hiring manager interview > Peer interview = Ghosting Was told the peer interview is the last formality step before being issued the offer of employment. Then had a work session type of discussion with the colleague-to be where we went into discussing ram-up plans in relation to the upcoming event. Then was ghosted. No one replied to my email thereafter.

It was a rigorous and well run process. There was a pre-interview on-line logic test. Followed by video and face to face interviews with the hiring manager. In addition I video interviewed with 2 other colleagues of the hiring manager. I also interviewed face to face with HR. Overall I felt it was a thorough and fair process and well run as it should be.
