Had several interviews over 5 weeks. Seemed they didn't really know what they were seeking in the hire for the role. Would have had to continue through several more steps so ultimately withdrew.
I applied online. I interviewed at UiPath (Sydney) in Jan 2022
Interview
Cannot get the connection with interviewer n TA… feels abit robotic.. could not feel the drive in them. More like running thru hiring process… but maybe I’m not so sure abt the company culture, it could be ok for the rest of the interviewees.. juz didn’t vibe in my case.

Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager call, full interview loop, final round call - all virtual of course. Interviewers were well prepared, unrushed, and there was generally enough time to talk. Perhaps an extra 10 minutes would have allowed a little more time to develop the conversation. Appreciated a break midway in full loop.
