the interview process was good. The company is in the field of understanding behavioral health so in the interview, you feel you are being sized up for mental health issues.

First the sales manager emailed asking to answer a couple questions and email her back. Almost immediately, I was sent the JD and the informed about the next steps. They have you give a short online product demo about the EMR software. If that goes well you will be brought onsite for a face to face interview. I was interviewed by the sales manager and two members of the sales team. The questions were standard "tell me about your job," and "what do you know about this company." They lacked any in depth situational or behavioral questions, ie "Tell me about a time you faced a major obstacle" You didn't need to give in-depth replies. After that, I met with the VP of sales who seemed checked out, rocking back and forth in his chair. Overall, it was quick and easy, but something that should be expected of a small start up.
