Was contacted by a headhunter and 2 interviews settled up. One with the agency and other one with company. Pretty straightforward behavioral ques. Tell me about yourself, weak and strong points, previous job experience, salary expectation etc and whatever you wrote on resume you have to defend it. It will be very easy and most ques are common in terms of behavioral pattern.

I have participated on a process to hire around 80 engineers to work on Vale's capital projects. We had an English test, logical test, HR interview and manager interview. It all went very well. They have asked me questions to understand if had what it takes to work in remote areas and if I had technical competence.
