I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanderweil Engineers (Boston, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was a bit chaotically organized. You are shopped around to any of the departments that are looking for interns, and oftentimes you're waiting for long periods of time while they try to find the person who is supposed to be interviewing you. The interview itself was mostly behavioral, asking about interests and points on the resume.
