I applied online and got a call back like 10 days later on a Monday for an interview till the following Tuesday. We had a group interview of 7 people including the store manager and assistant manager. We started off with icebreaker questions to get comfortable. Then she went with real life situation examples and what you'd do. At the end we were given an availability form to fill out then give right back. I got the offer the next day! Ultimately, I just think they want you to be yourself so they can have an idea of who they can be potentially hiring!

What was a time where you were a team player? It could be a work experience or another moment in your life.
What would you do if you saw your coworker only using their phone while you two are trying to finish up in the store and your manager is busy closing up out front?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
