Interview
After applying to VANS I did not hear back from them for a few months until they let me know I should reapply. After reapplying I got sent the email about finishing a HIREVUE interview online. This is the step before the in person interview.

Question 1
The four pillars of VANS are: extreme sports, music, art and street culture. Tell us about your hobbies and interests that drive your personal and professional life.
If you were completing an important task that your boss assigned to you while a customer interrupted you needing help. How would you respond to this situation?
If a customer came into the store and said they called and there was a shoe available but there isn’t when they get there and they’re angry. What would you do?
Tell me about a time a coworker or friend didn’t follow all procedures or rules. What did they do and how did you respond? Do you think it was okay? When do you think it’s okay to not follow procedures or rules?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
