My interview was came really quick after I applied on the Vans’s website. I got a video call base interview which really easy to use. You also have opportunity to practice and test your video,audio before came into an actual interview

Tell me about a times that you saw your coworkers didn’t follow the rule. What did you do?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
