I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vans (Stockton, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very easy and simple. The manager was very friendly and interested in what I was saying. He just wanted to get to know me to see if I was a good fit for the store. I could tell he really cares about his job. I learned a lot of good information about the company during the interview, also.
