Pros: Recruiter was initially responsive and the interviewers were polite during the conversations. I honestly enjoyed talking to most of the team Cons: Extremely disorganized hiring process. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I completed all four standard rounds. After they requested and actually contacted my professional references, I was given an "intent for a verbal offer." Surprisingly, they then asked me to complete yet another round of interviews. Afterward, I was rejected with a generic "not enough experience" explanation. Releasing professional references is a high-trust step for candidates, and doing so only to reject someone for resume-level experience feels incredibly unprofessional. I asked for constructive feedback but was only given standard cop-out phrasing. The entire process took 2 months and I had to reach out to check on the status after 1-2 weeks of radio silence Advice to Management: Respect candidates' time and their references' time. Don't initiate reference checks or signal intent to offer unless you are actually ready to hire
