I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Via Transportation in May 2019
Interview
I had two phone interviews and then an assessment centre composed of three interviews in ViaVan office. I received a rejection email after that without any feedback. Considering I was praised for my commercial skills during the interview process which consisted of a series of case studies (not challenging), I consider the email I received an unprofessional and unpleasant surprise. In my past experience, rejection emails, especially after so many rounds of interviews, MUST report a detailed feedback. I have to admit that my experience is not different to the many experiences that have been reported on Glassdoor by other users and that define the interview process as unprofessional and unfair. On top of that, I think that having an interviewer which continuously check his mobile phone throughout the interview is an act of disrespect to the candidate. An advice to those who read this comment? Remember that an interview is a two-way process: A company that is consistently reported to have a negative interview process is not one you wish to work for.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Via Transportation
Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Via Transportation (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied through a referral and was invited to a series of interviews. The process lasted over a month and included five interviews: two with team members and three with senior managers from different departments. Unfortunately, interviewers seemed unsure of what to ask, and the senior managers weren't directly involved in the team I was applying for. It felt pointless to involve that many people in interviewing for an entry-level position. After the fifth interview, I received a two-sentence rejection email with zero feedback provided. Given the time I invested, it was very disappointing. Overall, be prepared for a lengthy and somewhat disconnected interview process.
