WPS Health Solutions Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Emailed Received - This included two links for testing. I was required to take a very lengthy behavioral questionnaire, as well as a customer service test on the computer after the phone interview. 1st Interview - This was completed over the phone with a recruiting manager in Madision, WI (Headquarters), and was approximately 30 - minutes. The person I spoke with was very pleasant. 2nd Interview - In person at the location where I was eventually hired. This interview was with the, then 2 supervisors for Customer Service. They were both very nice and provided an immense amount of information. Plan to take notes it will be very helpful. I received about 45 - minutes of regurgitated information. Job Offer - This was received about 2 - days later

Interview process was fairly easy. 2 interviews, one with Human Resources and one with a supervisor of the hiring department. They were very considerate in getting back to the candidate to offer employment, however they have a tendancy to delay the start date.
