The interview was brief. I answered around five questions focused entirely on my suitability for customer service, and then it ended. There were no questions about the company itself. the interviewer was friendly and i go to go into the staff room and sit whilst waiting for my interview
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
