I applied online. I interviewed at Waitrose in Oct 2020
Interview
I thought it was going to be a really hard interview. However there was no team/ group exercise because of covid but just the interview itself. Interview lasted 20-30 mins. The staff are really friendly and i had a really good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (London, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
Was dreading the interview but wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. Manager was nice and I prepared by looking on glass door which helped. Took about 30 mins with about 6 questions. Just smiled and tried to sell myself and say how proud I would be working for a company like waitrose. Just be confident and say highlight your excellent customer service skills
A one on one interview which is normally a group interview followed by a task ordering importance of daily tasks. the order isn't too important more just how you justify your choices.
