30 minutes of standard interview questions. I had heard group interviews were common but with the pandemic and to maintain social distancing I imagine they are they using one on one interviews. Hiring manager was lovely and it was clear they didn't discriminate against anyone without previous experience.

Virtual 1:1 interview due to quarantine.
Interviewer was friendly and professional. Started with a individual task (20 min) about prioritising tasks before a shop opened then a 10 minute discussion on it. Then three questions on general interview things.

There was a one-on-one interview followed by a series of group tasks. The group tasks involved working as a team with the other interviewees to find solutions to an array of problems presented by the interviewer. You were assessed on your input to the group, your confidence and your willingness to get involved. All interviewers were professional and relaxed.
