Group interview with about eight other candidates and two interviewers. Quite informal with a couple of ice breaker activities and then a few questions. We went round to provide our answers. Then we went on a tour of the store.

a joke too hard stupid questions - how dare you recruit people like this waste of time and energy you should be ashamed of yourselves but your not instead of this rather tiresome practice why don't you go to your stores and see how the people you employ act - perhaps you would change the question process -

your collegue is ill they told their manager and can go home.
your collegue left you their tasks but you have your own tasks you don't think you can finish them. do you tell your collegues and split them. tell your manager. tell your cloougue to tell theirmanager.
stupid they have already doen that and they leaving - next question.
you notice they are still here unwell do you leave your tasks tell your busy colleagues to do the tasks tell the sick collegue to do the tasks leave your tasks and tell yourmanage by the way you are all working to tight deadlines --- stupid questions -

Apply online and do online testing. Then go for an interview which was 1:1. Asked me about myself and then moved on to questions that were mainly about past experiences - like give an example of when you have suggested a change.
