I applied online. I interviewed at Waitrose (Manchester, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
Started with various online questionnaire s with rating different scenarios in order of priority all trying to find out how you would react in certain situations and what your personality is like. If you pass this you then move on to past experience forms ect. If you pass this online part you then get asked by email to a group assessment. At the group assessment there was 4 of us in a group. We had to answer some brief questions a bit about yourself what's your career history and why are you looking for a job ect. We then had to read through a passage about a day with lots of things going wrong and allocate jobs to staff that we had a brief description of, this part is to see how you communicate in a group situation. All about voising your opinions and working as a team. You are scored during this, lasts around 1.5 hours. If successful you then move on to a one to one interview with a few basic interview questions and discuss hours ect. All lasts around 2.5hours, staff were friendly and was overall a good interview.
