Waitrose Solutions Architect interview questions

Very long and drawn out. A HR interview followed by three interviews of varying lengths. Each one with at least a week in between. Final feedback was minimal and suggested the two sets of managers doing the interviews were looking for completely different people. (based on the final interview I should have been screened out much sooner) Whole process from initial application to being turned down was 2 months.
