I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Wellington Management (Boston, MA)
Interview
I had an initial video interview with the recruiter who got back to me 2 days later saying I made it to the next round. She helped me prepare by telling me about who I was meeting with and what types of questions to expect. The day of my interview, the recruiter reached out to see if I had any last minute concerns and told me to email her after my interview to touch base. I met with 3 people during my interview and it went really went. Everyone I met with said I was perfect for the job blah blah blah. After the interview I emailed the recruiter like she asked and was totally ghosted. I also tried calling her and she blocked my number? This was strange because I emailed thank you emails to everyone I met with and they all responded saying they enjoyed meeting with me but the recruiter just went MIA which I feel is totally unprofessional.

Interviewers seemed very thoughtful and intellectual, and they spoke very highly of the firm. I only made it through a couple of rounds, but heard the process would be extensive if I continued on (6+ months long).
