Interview
The interview process with WBMI was very pleasant. The phone interview was with HR and was conversational, discussing the opportunities at WBMI and whether it was the right fit; the in-person interview was first with HR, then with an IT professional, followed by the IT Program Manager. The only tech-centric questions were given by the IT professional, and they were explicit "Do you have experience with X" questions. The rest of the interview with the IT professional and the IT Program Manager was spent discussing the opportunities at WBMI more in depth, discussing projects that I have worked on, and talking about tech in general. All of the interviewers were incredibly nice and seemed like they would be a joy to work with. Unfortunately, the position that I was being considered for was not conventional and they ultimately decided that it wouldn't work. However, I have nothing but great things to say about WBMI, they all seem to be a great group of people!
