It took a long time to get hired. You had to pass a skills test at the local job agency then after months of waiting if you were chosen you had to complete 4 or 6 weeks of classes at a community college at night 2 or 4 nights a week. Then you had group interview. It wasn't too hard. Basic questions. I would say to wear a nice pant suit or blue jeans with a nice top. You want to look nice but not to fancy. Once you get inside and start working the job can be very dirty so don't seem to "prissy".
